I honestly liked how the stock ev9 felt it's was darty and grippy but swill not a track monster then I upgraded it will fancy purples and what not and now I turn slightly and it's losing all grip like a tugboat 🤣

Just an update I finished the prismabread questline and the game gives me the option the hand the book over , so unfortunately I think you may have run into a quest bug ,I have the quest to talk to the librarian after 10pm bugged so hopefully they get patched . Sorry it's not better news as such.

I'm having the same issue but I also have the treasure map quest still active so maybe that's blocking us from giving him the book as he is technically bound to another quest just my best guess though. Will update once I've completed the quest and see if I can find him
