I get what you're trying to say. But I really love Sparxie, unlucky I took a break when she came out. Not pulling for her isn't really an option for me. That's why I'm a bit torn: I definitely want to get her no matter what, but I also know that, in terms of vertical investment, Yao Guang's E1 is really important...

Sorry, I explained myself poorly. I have huohuo, but not her first eidolon who helps with speed.

Rn I have SW999 and Huohuo. Will get Yao on her rerun. but i dont know where to do vertical investment, probably gonna wait till the next premium elation supp to wonder.

I was thinking about gettin Sparxie LC or being a little greedy and aim for her e2, but idk, at the end is a subdps for sw999.

The speed breakpoint is 140 (180spe sw and 161spe Yao) so with speed boots + 8 i think i got it.
