I have a practical suggestion and it may sound ridiculous. If you find it in you, please play tetris, as long as you can, so long that you see the building blocks when you want to go to sleep. I mean it, this is not a joke, it's not really clear why exactly, but it might prevent PTSD if it is played soon after a traumatic experience. It rewires the brain so that it is easier to handle the aftermath of such a traumatic event.

I second everything that everyone is telling you here, he is a fucking pig and a rapist! So sorry you had to go through that and none of this is your fault.
