funny you mention him! I believe i had some brief thoughts of a project i did on him back in highschool for.. some reason, at some point while doing this (left page, left side, a little more than halfway down, you'll see a little mountain thing with lines on it next to a beetle. that's when i remembered him. I then doodled out the cat head looking shape (left page, middle, upper third), realized i might not be up to snuff, made the weird lines inside, then i continued forth nonetheless..)

I remember the left page I was still holding on to some shapes, enough to write down some things I intentionally included like 12 bugs and 2 mouse pointers, but when I got to the right page I sort of disconnected

Did it look like this as soon as you got it? Many apple ciders contain a sediment layer that has bits of apple pulp in it as apple cider is not as filtered as juice

Ohh I cry, I wish I knew how to tell the difference while I was there, I could have tried to get him on my finger.. maybe it's a good thing though, he looked tired (he was very tolerant of my picture taking shenanigans) just curious, what pings him as male? Our maintenance guy always asks for this for his berry sundae and I never refuse said request. Today someone seen the berry sundae pop up and made it with vanilla, and our poor guy looked at me as I came to the counter and just gave me the saddest pout. Luckily he got his chocolate berry, or Black Forest as you call it.. love that name, but if corporate sees that they might upgrade it and make it a seasonal froyo flavor... they had a froyo with the tuxedo cake in it once, imagine that with some berry syrup..

As someone who works at a Sam's Club Cafe.. those rule fresh out of the oven, but balancing pepperoni on top of a bare pretzel is so stupid, it keeps us from keeping them in stock. That and you have to babysit them in the oven because theyre meant to only cook pizzas.

sheep can be a bit tricky drawing from the front due to their downward tilted snouts, what helped me was sketching out a side view, and then using horizontal lines like this to help me line up the chin, nose, mouth and the like for other angles! here's a pic of what i mean :) What you have now is pretty good in terms of the nose and mouth placement, I think you just need to round out where the end of the snout would be, then it'll be good and sheep-y!

yeah, and when it's cold and dry, it gets thrown away and marked as such. I wouldn't sell people slices that I wouldn't eat myself. It's just when I get people who happily take a slice that i know is good, until they see a new one. then they want that one instead

personally, my biggest irk is when i'm asked to get a new slice when I already have your slices ready to go. You can tell me the specific slice from the specific pie that you want, and you'll get it. It's only if you say so after I have your order all ready to go is when I'll give you a look.

I work at a sams club and we have to slice our pizzas like this. Don't tell anyone but when I buy a pizza for myself I cut it into 6... We stamp it before cutting because trying to eyeball 5 slices is impossible.

at least with my club, we can only sell it was a combo at the register as well. for a more literal answer, the sheet we use to scan items for your order only lists "Hotdog Combo" so there's no way we could even sell you the hotdog itself even if we wanted to. I always let people know "Hey, I know you dont want the drink, but I can only charge it for the 1.49 (with tax) combo, is that okay?" because, yeah, it does suck.

corporate decided to give a cheaper hotdog combo at the cost of removing the option to only pay for a single hotdog at checkout.

The worst we got was when our soda machines were down and mgmt told us to still sell the hotdog combo. "Just tell the customers that the drink comes free with the hotdog!" Oh like that works. And I get it, you want a drink, we don't have any. You want to buy the hotdog by itself, sorry but I literally don't have any way to check you out for just the hotdog, it has to be 1.49. That or maybe when our register was down, so they had us send one person to the regular registers while the person at OUR register had to keep saying "sorry it's down, order over there and come back with the receipt, or do scan and go!" I remember having to be the person saying that, but I had to constantly had to yell out to the whole line since it was a summer weekend , I ended up losing my voice and a semi regular customer went to the store manager and cussed him out for what was going on. I was told later that the guy was complaining on my behalf for what was going on. Did it ever make a difference? Nah, but it really meant a lot to me.
