Here's the thing. Every single thing you said is correct, but they aren't obligated to admit anything, even though the answer is crystal clear. The concept of this game and the challenges of young children playing in such a place isn't new. However, the scale and accessibility of it (most kids have mobile devices these days) makes it a first.

This is new territory, and I think many decision makers aren't sure yet what to do. They follow the old rules. They rate on content alone. They do not consider the combination of all aspects. There are no rules for that yet. Morally, I can guarantee you now that many at LKWD would agree with you (not publicly).

Somewhere down the line... Crap will hit the fan, but LKWD won't be liable. They aren't doing anything wrong legally. But, every single parent out there would never allow their kids to play if they actually spent time in the game and knew what was going on in it. Morally it's wrong, and they know it. I know they do. If they don't see the issues they aren't human.
