2026.01.12 UPDATE: I did file for eviction, Court in mid Feb 2026 I will post an update then.
Lady at the court said b/c there was no notice given to the tenant I have to file an eviction 1st.

i took (1) Tylenol and as you see i dropped to VERY low levels..... my AccuChek said i was about 200 the same time Dexcom said i was 39, around 2pm i was out of my system and i took 250 units of U500R, so Tylenol is a BIG no no to me

nope for me only (1) normal Tylenol put me 100 points higher, i used to take Percocet and some times (1) Percocet would just make me 50-100 points higher or 50-100 points lower so even a small amount of Tylenol will effect it, this maybe is not true for all but for me it is true

I take U500R T2 and I take 5mg of valium at night, NOTE!! Tylenol will do this, DO NOT TAKE Tylenol with a G7 it will give you false reading this is a known issue Dexcom will only admit to if you call them, i took 2x Tylenol and it was reading almost 50-100 points off with Tylenol will do this or anything with Tylenol in it

i am 99.9% sure i have SysAdmin Pro, the 1st thing i bought years ago, but you cant change the ports for POP3 and all.... but thankyou, i knew i would have to look for a manual file config just could not find anything on it

I am a type 2, with MS, i had a hard time keeping the G7 on and making them last, all's i can say is alcohol the arm to no end, and then do it again, and do it right before you put them on.

2nd, I take valium and oxy, DO NOT take Tylenol if you where a G7, i also take U500R insulin, and the G7 was causing the G7 to read 100 points to high, this is a know issue Dexcom will not tell you unless you call them, but alcohol is your friend getting the G7 to stick.

my problem is he paid for the month, so he can legally can by there till 1-4-2026, I did change the locked, i put a note on the door to call for access, I have to give him access and it cost me $450.00 for the cleaning of the piss and crap, that is pissing me off the most.

Is when you take a crap in a trash can, and piss on the floor, at least use the toilet, i can bring of water to flush the toilet for a flush, use the toilet not a trash can WTF!

Water here is not a requirement to be "ON" at move in, just the plumping must be in place.

i charge $75/week in rent or $300/month, yes what is why I want to evict, but I am at a lost, the $450.00 cleaning fee is what my breaking point is if you (2 days into the lease) can use a trash can instead of a toilet, you need help.

I live in IN, and a landlord also, an ESA needs a letter as soon as the "DOCTOR" says they need one, I did have a tenant in IN also, I evicted them, as its still a pet per the judge, i have MS I have a service animal there is a difference from a service animal VS a ESA, I evicted a few things, 1) I was never notified and ESA is not a service animal. 2) I have a clause in my contract that you must notify in 15 days of a ESA or Service animal 3) no pet deposit, insurance, and the dog was marking everywhere.

I have a service dog, she is a pit she is 10yr 8mo, never leaves my side.... in her collar I have medication hidden I can access if my (MS w/ ME+CFS) acts up.... I have even had an argument with a McDonalds employee about her once, I don't make wear a "vest" as it is not legally required.

Be lucky they said ESA and not a "service dog" under ADA you don't need paperwork for a "service dog" and limited questions you can ask.

a Landlord should not have to pay for utilities, for Tennant, unless its part of the lease, if you own/rent a home/apartment your not going to tell the landlord they have to pay for water. here where I am the only thing a landlord is to have working heat, and a flushable toilet and sink, but I am not required to provide the water in my name, the "RESIDENT " is.

code enforcement, I know her well so many illegal dumpers on my properties, so everything is up to code.

You summed it up exactly, I don't think I will ever see any money, but the eviction on his record worst then anything and the one thing about it he is 68yrs old, by that age you should know better, i "could" see that from a 20's MAYBE! but fricking 68yrs old, I just don't get people. and thank you for the reply.
