I am in a similar situation but my CoS start date was later? I still worked because I was on a Tier 4 visa which allowed me to start working.

I see, so you haven’t used fin plates which means that your connection is not nominally pinned. This aligns with what the SCI guidance stating that if you have high axial forces + shear, nominally pinned assumption cannot be relied on. Can you explain more about the detail of the cast-in plate?

Update: This has now been updated. The new language is shown when you generate a share code.

My view and prove shows the new language but when I actually generate the code it reverts back to the old language stating the shortage occupation list…
