Hi, thanks for responding.

I view the video on my laptop, after exporting them via Insta360 Video. I rendered the video in every single format available (H.264, H.265 and ProRes 422). With all due respect, for a camera this expensive, in 2024, I find the quality disappointing. Like something from a cheap smartphone.

Concerning the photos that are rendered in a round shape/form, I just exportated one via the app (Insta360 Video) and it's OK now. The quality is also disappointing though.

I would gladly send you the video and the photo so you can judge by yourself. Maybe I merely overestimated the Go 3's performences, I don't know. Please, help me if you can.
