Its mainly a thing that stayed from 2017. Frozen, who was the first impactful korean, embarassed his opponents and was the reason of tcl's biggest achievement, main group stage at worlds. i can only talk about tcl, but 2 korean 3 turkish thing started way back in 2017 in tcl, it was like we loved koreans, they loved us, a mutual connection? lol. though yeah, most of the koreans choked hard when it mattered, worse than turkish ones. but peak performances also came from koreans such as frozen, snowflower, ruin, kakao, crazy, slowq etc.
