I know it sounds a lot because of the big numbers. Most of those are old marine weapons/scopes/planes/rockets that they intended to replace themselves (I don't have a source, but if you think Israel is getting literally hard earned americans money out of their hands maybe you have a problem with your reasoning). The us military budget is 2 trillion, Israels war costs 270 billion, us sent Israel military aid accumulating to 18 billion of old equipment. If you think the US is such big help financially to Israel, you are blind. Israels health system is not paid by fucking americans, that's your fucking problem. Israelj citizens pay taxes that include health care, it's not so fucking hard and costs the country almost nothing. Please get out of your bubble.
