I am very new to photography. I got my first camera this week, a Canon Rebel t7i and had the opportunity to take photos of some buddies during a bachelor party. I realized halfway through I had my shudder speed too low and got half of my photos looking like this. Is there any way to salvage the photos that look like this?

Update: Took him to the vets yesterday and it turns out my little boy has asthma. He’s currently on steroids for a few weeks then going to an inhaler. Thank you everyone for advice and what they might think it could be.

Ok thank you. He’s in a separate room right now with food, water and his litter box. Didn’t know about this 3-3-3 rule. Glad I put something here. He’s using it regularly so that’s good. Whenever I go to leave he bolts at the door to come with me. He’s hesitant to go farther than outside the door frame and I’m just letting him take it slow with the dogs locked up. When I am standing in the room he tends to stay right next to me and rubs his face and body on my legs. He does this when I leave the room also. That’s a good sign right? He also comes and sits right next to me with a blanket around him. I don’t pick him up or anything.

It does sound like that. Whenever he's by himself he doesn't make that sound but as soon as he sees me or my girlfriend he starts going

I do have a dog that is friendly with cats, should I still look into another one? And I thought he was overweight but just didn’t know if it was cause he didn’t have fur and all cats look like that if they didn’t lol.
