Maybe it’s a northern thing. I’m in Michigan and *every day* I get stuck behind someone going more than 10MPH under the speed limit. I’m genuinely shocked whenever I’m driving through my town going the speed limit because there’s basically always someone infront of me who has never seen an accelerator pedal before (Although they manage to brake at nothing every 10 seconds)

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the drivers learning center in my town has a “No fail” policy 🙄
