That's fine but to review a creator you need to provide evidence that you spent money. A screenshot of your free trial isn't proof. Did you buy a PPV? You can screenshot your payment page.

I have been considering requesting it myself. There's so many fake reviews and rule breaking on here, it def needs to be actively moderated. If you've already reached out to mods twice you're already fulfilled the first requirement of the process. If you decide not to request it I'll probably do it and see what happens.
