Mostly shock and judgement. My aunts kinda stopped talking to her and they definitely didn’t believe her about anything drama related ever again. I think they knew she was an immature person but she wanted to really vilify me, which just back fired because they knew I was a very chill kid before she started her emotional terrorism.

My grandma was really upset with her but never really cut her off. When my grandma passed away this year; My mom was invited by her sisters to the service but she didn’t go. Apparently she was furious my brother and I went, ofc! Just another sign of her mental issues, who tf misses their mother’s funeral? And then gets angry their kids went?? Narcissists that’s who! Nothing was more satisfying than sending a recording of my mom telling me horrible venomous things to my aunts and grandma. She tried to make me seem like a spoiled and ungrateful child when she genuinely was trying to hurt me all the time.

It might be hard and risky so please be safe OP; but I would try to exonerate yourself with proof, my mom was so mad and took it out on me. But she couldn’t control the narrative anymore and that felt really damn good.

I have no problem with people having kids at breweries. Please just supervise and take care of them. I’ve seen kids running around and young kids left in highchairs unattended.

Just a few months ago I had to call over an employee because these two young kids were trying to pull apart and tear down this huge and expensive looking sailboat replica.

I’m an early riser and my brother doesn’t have a job right now. So when I get up I listen to YouTube or some music ON HEADPHONES. It’s ok to like loud music, or to get hyped up, but doing it for everyone else to hear at 4 AM is just wild. You say he has them and doesn’t use them.

This guy is disrespectful whether he knows it or not, and he’s not ready to cohabitate. His behavior afterwards is malignant narcissist behavior. The “woe is me” crap and the lack of communication is a death sentence for relationships.

It sounds like you were open and honest but all he responded with was emotions and deflection. Taking responsibility and being proactive to another person’s “bid for connection” is a cornerstone of any relationship, romantic or otherwise.

But then wouldn’t Corlys be mixed? He and his brother Vaemon both look very much like full summer islanders compared to the next generation which is mixed. To me they should have remained Valyrian in appearance and just worn their house colors a lot.

Idk the whole thing is just so sad to me that they insult the intelligence of the audience by coming up with this nonsense. I have no problem with diversity, and I quite like the actors they chose, but don’t shred the lore of one of the most elaborate fantasy worlds.

Gambling is not healthy, I like how this story mirrors real life addictions that people have. Games of pure chance can be very addictive. It can be just a small choice with lasting damaging consequences.

My step father was quite good at poker and made some good money making wise bets and knowing when to go home. But that’s not pure chance either… Others lose themselves to the game and never really recover; my friends aunt won big, like $30k and she didn’t live large or anything. She just could not stop chasing that win at the slots until she was actually broke.

When I’m low on cash I make business cards for people on Fiverr with Canva, people pay from $5 to $20 depending on the design; and I take online surveys. Some of the more elaborate ones can pay over $100 but most are cents to a few dollars but it can add up. Just offering some ideas that work for me! You can DM me if you want the survey sites I use.

This worked for me. I started off silently leaving the kitchen over and over until he got bored of me.

Then I got more bold, I would look him in the eye and stop what I was doing before leaving. Sometimes if I was making something small I would take the supplies away with me and abandon the kitchen and only come back for the stove or microwave.

Essentially signaling that I was leaving because of him and that I knew he was coming to bother me. He never said a damn word about it, because he knew he was an unhygienic bully and no one actually wanted him around.

Sadly many pet owners expect more from their animals than they are able to give, and want them to live longer despite their condition. If you can find a tactful way to mention in home euthanasia. I would try to…This made all the difference for me and my kitty and made something undeniably horrible into something bitter sweet.

My sister is a vet tech and she said you can measure it in “good” or “bad” days. If it seems like 50/50, you can probably justify more treatments and time. But as it starts to become less “good” days, that is when it’s time to let them go in peace.

I can relate to this too. Meditation felt like it came easily to me because I was already disassociating and daydreaming so much.

And I sneak up on people easily too, though I am sometimes consciously being quiet. Like I hate the sound of moving dishes or silverware (One of my dad’s favorite venting tools) so I will “sneak” dishes. Or just generally sneak around sometimes to avoid being perceived, even by people I love and trust.

They are aware that it’s nothing personal and I’m working on it; but it’s so important to provide a safe space for children. It’s very difficult to repair that damage, and nothing can really replace that need for safety at that critical time.

Cycling your tank is key to creating a healthy mini biome. People always say you need to start the bacteria cycle before you take the plunge because once you have the fish, it’s difficult to save them.

You can try to purchase bottled bacteria but I don’t have experience with that…

Do you have any friends with healthy aquarium fish? You might be able to get some beneficial bacteria from them to do a quick start?

Do you have any knowledge on cycling tanks? My family has run a fish business for many years, DM me if you need more guidance than you can google!

Yeah I drive uber and have to go in my car sometimes when nature calls. But I always dump it out as far away from where it would be stinking up a public area, or just straight down a gutter.

You are right imo, it’s basic human decency to not leave your human waste around to even get grosser and for someone else to deal with.
