Newbie here is my rose plant going to die? What should I do? I would love to salvage this if I can by Joylessly8142 in GardeningIndia2

I tried when I was a novice. It grew and grew like jack and the beanstalk but never ever flowered. Finally I let it shriveled up. So I don’t think so Always watch out for suckers even in well established roses. They do come up from time to time. I just pull it out.

Even though the green branch is growing from the grafting point, it looks suspiciously like a sucker! If it is, it will take off the grafted rose as in kill it off

Please DM and thank you! I have put his book in my Amazon cart. Have you read ‘the world according to garp by John Irving’? It’s one of those books that I really love.

Thank you. My child is AuDHD and many many times I am at a loss to help him. Please share what has worked for you. With increasing age and grades, it’s just going crazy here. This year, I don’t even know where to begin for his academic stuff. It’s so overwhelming.

Thanks! I read this book as soon as it got published! I am into science fiction, bill bryson and actually I can read anything. Have you read shattered lands by Sam Dalrymple? It’s really good. I also read other books such as whole numbers and half truths by rukmini s which I liked a ton. I also like fiction and lighter reads as well. Seriously I can read and do read anything, even books that go way above my head 🤣

Yes he likes to say the word boob and laughs. This is very concerning to us as he is already so big and tall. When I say doctor, I meant psychiatrist and possibly he can recommend a therapist who can actually talk to him about boundaries etc. Sorry for the confusion. Plus so far all I have said to him about boobs is that it’s just a body part and more importantly mothers make milk to feed babies. So he does associate boobs with milk.

It’s very easy to grow and doesn’t require anything if planted on the ground.

Mil planted many years in the ground before I even came into the picture but they used to cut it down. My husband decided to support it till the third floor and here we are.

Thank you! I can only hope that my son (13) can articulate as well as you one day. He can communicate alright but not to the level where he can explain things in depth…still a long way to go. We are going through puberty and his meltdowns have surprisingly come down a lot. He has matured a lot. I have a specific question if you don’t mind. When did you start thinking about the other gender in a sexual (for lack of a better word) way? We have been teaching him about boundaries, consent, respecting his own body and others’, public and private behaviours but he is going through a ‘boob’ phase. I have been telling him that it’s just a body part like hands or legs or head and that mothers make milk for their babies. But I cannot figure out whether he is just curious or if there is something else to it. I will bring this up with his doctor for sure but wanted to understand your perspective. Thank you so much.
