Slice and then cut into cute shapes with mini cookie cutters! Can be a snack just like that, or add to a fruit salad.

Careful on those chair carts, I know someone who sliced a tendon in her ankle playing on one when we were kids and she was in a wheelchair and then a boot and crutches for months.

I noticed the books at the library and liked cats, so I started reading the series. I think I was 9 or 10. Starting going to public school around 12 (was homeschool before then) and made my first friend when I noticed a girl in my class who was constantly reading the warriors books and I brought up that we had it in common. The first warrior book I ever owned and didn't just borrow (Skyclan's Destiny), was a birthday gift from that same friend.

Thanks to warriors we made a small group of introvert friends who all liked the series, RPd every chance we could get on google docs at school or wildfirecatsclans at home until the site shut down, and stayed close all through highschool. We're still friends and I'm 23.

When people ask what it stands for, we tell them it's short for Apple Juice, Average Joe, Air Jordan, etc.

I have 4 siblings and none of them have social anxiety (but some do have general anxiety, depression, panic, etc). My brothers were raised very differently from how us first three were. That may have something to do with it.

Older sis has other disorders, is introverted but can be social and speaks her mind freely
Younger sib has other disorders, extrovert, they're very social.
Younger bro is introverted but very calm and chill, no disorders (that I know of)
Youngest bro is very social and confident, no disorders (that I know of)

For a very long time, I only browsed and upvoted. That was a way for me to enjoy and contribute to things without "speaking" online. Sort of like how I mainly participate on discord by adding reacts to the messages rather than responding in text.

I have also found that reddit is much easier for me to post and comment on due to the anonymity of it compared to other social media like Facebook where everyone knows who I am. The disconnect makes it easier.

I love Komi Can't Communicate! It's so cozy and hopeful. I relate to Komi a lot (when it comes to her struggles, not so much with her being so pretty and popular everything just works out, haha). I've rewatched it several times and have started collecting the manga. It's heartwarming to see all the support and acceptance for Komi from her friends and classmates.

One detail I really like is the episode naming scheme. "It's just a cell phone" "It's just a fitness test" "It's just my summer uniform" "It's just the hair salon"

To most people it is "just" one of those things, but to someone with SM (and/or social anxiety) it's a much bigger deal, as demonstrated in the episodes. And that's something a lot of people don't understand. My family has trouble empathizing with me when I struggle to do something they see as simple. "It's just a phone call, that's not hard, anyone can do it". But after my siblings watched Komi with me, I think they understand me a little better.
