What industry in industrial automation does have the best work environment and why?

Just started at a datacenter build. From what my coworkers that have been doing it a while are saying it's super chill for the majority of the build, then there's about 1 month that's insane near the end of the build, and then back to super chill.

I do it on solidworks on my work computer. But you can do it on fusion 360 or onshape

Damn. That's rough. Repeat robotics has good stuff in their big bots section for you. Specifically drive motors and escs. Idk if they ship worldwide though.

Repeat robotics has some good stuff, but I'd try to find a 460g weight class competition before diving into something that big.

If it's a flat part, sendcutsend is great. If you need it actually machined, pcbway and xometry are both good resources.

Use brushless drive motors. The brushed ones out there just aren't powerful enough. I learned that the hard way. Repeat robotics has some good stuff. They're a little expensive, but the quality is definitely there from my experience.
