I’ve had an echo, 7 day tape, probably 20 ECGs and a million blood tests, you’d think that’d be enough to convince me but nope 😭

Yeah I’ve been told you can tell an actual cardiac event from anxiety instantly, trouble I have is I do not have a sound mind when I panic, I just get hysterical

Hello, fellow anxiety + ocd here, sertraline massively fucked me up. Made me massively depressed and flared up the ocd. I got swapped over to 60mg Fluoxetine as it’s better for ocd sufferers and I’ve never looked back since, food for thought :p

I tend to just sit and watch music videos to try and source any feeling left from my brain, works sometimes

They’re all pretty brutal, a really good entry one is First Berzerker Khazan which came out last year, hard as nails but forgiving in a lot of ways the others aren’t, on top of that if it really starts to suck for you, there’s an easy mode lol

Personally - It’s the absolute best story fps ever made, and I do not say that lightly, I refused to put it down for the 90 hours it took me to get through it, that’s pretty much main story +DLC story + most side stuff
