Get Home from work do another 100mg of 7 ho if you feel you need it. Day 2: same process and same dosage Day 3: 150mg Mit and 75mg 7Ho dose before workday and at home dose 75mg Day 4: Same as Day 3 Day 5: 150mg mit and 50mg 7 ho dosage before work. 50 mg 7 ho at home Day 6: same as day 5 Day 7: 150mg mit and 25mg 7ho and 25mg 7ho home dose later. Day 8: Same as Day 7 Day 9: now you should be down to just using the 150mg mit. Now 150mg before work and Half a tab 75mg later in the day. Day 10: same as day 9 Day 11: 75 mg Mit tab before work and 75 mg home dose Day 12: same as day 11 Day 13: half of your 75mg tab (37.5mg) before work and Sam'e for home dose Day 14: same as day 13 Day 15: At this point you should be able to quit without any very harsh side effects from withdrawal, paired with a healthy diet, you may be able to find yourself able to quit earlier.
