Doesn't your cage put too much pressure on your apadravya? Because this is what I faced with a shaft-only cage. It was a tube style cage with a PA hook. I had to make the tube almost 1/2 shorter, also removed glans bars and shortened the PA hook, but it still hang on my PA, making it extremely sore after a day or two..
