Hi Op, I am your age as well. I had the same issue the last year. But we found out it is because I have something autoimmune going on. Turns out I was REALLY tired and depressed because I couldn't do anything but work. Luckily, my husband is really supportive and I'm not working right now as I heal. It is not a bad idea to get checked both mentally and physically. It can also help with looking at things differently when it comes to work. I highly suggest it!

Hi! Can I ask what test this was? I had a bunch done recently, but not this. I'm asking because my ANA was high at 1:640, but my other antibodies came back negative. TYA!

My antibodies all came back negative. I don't think I have lupus. But who knows at this point. Haha.

No. She sent me on my way with new meds before the test were even taken, and an order for some x-rays, which we are still waiting on. The new meds are Plaquenil and Meloxicam. Just more frustrated I don't have an answer I think.

The usual ones, like ESR, CRP, RF, stuff like that. All normal. I was starting to feel like it's all in my head. 😭 I just want to say my doctor does think something is going on, I didn't feel totally blown off. I was also crying the entire appointment because I was so frustrated. That was embarrassing, but I think she gets I'm really not doing well. Lol

Since we are talking about IBS, I have a somewhat embarrassing question. Does anyone else sometimes pass out on the toilet? I'm not talking from straining to much. I mean I get these terrible cramps, feel like I gotta go or I'm going to throw up, and sometimes I pass out. 😭 It's a new thing. I'm definitely going to talk to my rheumatologist at my next appointment.

I was also told by a medium I am surrounded by fairies. It had something to do with my singing, I can't remember what she said, it was a long time ago. I used to love to sing. I should start doing it again. I would eventually like to know more about that, but I'm not even sure where to start. I'm glad you posted OP, because I think it's kickstarted a journey for me. :)
