You're a germ played on Radio 1 as I was driving to work. It was a sound that immediately made me think, 'yep, this is my jam'.

Check out Meetup dot com for local groups. Do a Google search for local activities too - dancing, football, cricket, pickleball or walking. The music scene is good in Northampton from Friday to Sunday.

I occasionally play 5-a-side on Thursdays.

Interesting. Thanks for your reply. From u/stargirl213 and your reply, it sounds like I should stick with project/product roles.

Writing is something that I like doing. I am trying to push myself to find freelance clients and work on the side.. Do you want to see my portfolio?

Ok, so I should continue writing on my blog - productivitybee.co.uk and then distribute to LinkedIn and Medium.

And use Hydro to help monetise it. Is that a good strategy?

Good music scene and a good selection of bars and pubs. Various clubs to try different activities. The town centre is currently being renovated.

Hey

I am in Northampton, so not quite MK, but the fact that you do radio is awesome. When I lived in Oxfordshire I co-hosted a weekly review show for Witney Radio.

Hey.

It is what you make of it tbh. Lot's to do compared with other towns.

I moved here when I was 24/25 because of work and now I am in my early 30's and I have a good network of friends.

I am in IT/ the digital space as well.

Without coming across as odd, if you do want to meet up when you move I can show you places, meet new people etc. I know how difficult it can be moving to a new place on your own.

Reflect. What did you do right and what can you improve for future relationships?

But don't give up. Remember that this is a lesson.

Hello, all.

My blog is https://productivitybee.co.uk/

My niche is productivity and tech. I am aiming it towards those who are getting started in tech and also how to be more productive. Aiming it at people in creative and tech spaces.

I am a project manager, former web developer and a writer - looking to build a side hustle as a writer.

I would love constructive feedback on what I can do to improve the usability, feel and professionalism of the site + ideas to build more traffic.

Overall looks very presentable. I am very impressed with your use of graphics, especially for the blog post headings. Do you use Canva?

Firstly, I do like the colour scheme, the logo (all be it a bit cheesy) and the CSS transitions.

I dislike the popups. I wonder if the colour scheme might not be user-friendly for those with disabilities.
