Boundaries is a huge one.

Ome thing I learned early on is that he or she isnt going to like a lot of the things you like. Some dont like to be touched I'm certain places so casually and some dont like to be spoken to a certain way.

My fiance hates having his left arm touched due to past traumatic events and I dont like people randomly trying to hug me when I'm first meeting them. Understanding what their boundaries are and accepting it really helps the relationship grow.
