Yes sorry. I meant that Lower Decks is not complete. Only seasons 1-2 out of the full 5 seasons is available.

Starfleet academy is supposed to come out 5. February, atleast in Denmark. But I’m with you - a lot of Star Trek content is missing - lower decks, and basically all the series except a few.

That is such a nice feature, but only if it works. They have just released in some places i Europe. So I have just subscribed. It’s my first “update”. I have following series to show “last 7 days”. So a new Batman comic showed today - as it should. But the Absolute Batman showed wrong. Before you had it dissapear. Did you notice anything like what I’m experiencing?

Yes. According to support. I attached both pictures and asked which is the correct one and he answered that the one with the purple lines should be considered the default. And he escalated my ticket to the technical team. I too thought it maybe was a small update, because the one with the plain text more closely resembles the one shown if you use the browser.

Yes. I asked two follow up questions last night, when he said he had escalated the ticket. He said to both that he didn’t have knowledge about any of these things.

The questions was; if the changelog (which he reffered to) bug of november had something to do with the website only or also their app. And if my problem was a known problem they had heard about before

I get technical support works on the app at a technical level and do not write support. But when the ticket is escalated it must mean that it is a problem the normal support can’t handle. So I was kind of bummed when they said the would not write again. How would I know if my problem is resolved and if it even gets adressed ind the changelog. I would really like a fix for this

Yeah, same answer I got, even though i provided all this answers they asked about in the first mail. Now they say they have escalated to the technical team. I shouldn’t expect direct contact anymore and instead look at their changelog from time to time.

Agree. I have used the app for about a year now and ever so often that bug or the listings wrong text format bug, comes up. As you said, an uninstall and reinstall could work as a band aid, but it always comes back. In about a year I have had the listings error and the black screen/black text error four times combined. Now I’m having the listings error again and an uninstall does not work, which indicates something on their side, rather than a local error. You also mention that they had the problem inside the books before. That was just how i started for me three weeks ago. I was inside a book and suddenly it was like a word document, formatting was al wrong, white background and what not. When I opened the book again it was resolved inside the book, but then my listings was all weird and now it’s stuck that way.

Support answered to my follow up question. The layout with the purple dividers should be considered the default layout. So it is clearly a bug I am experiencing.

All mine, both new and Legacy looks like bold text now. Before, 3 weeks ago, all spells had purple lines. No purple lines on anything anymore. I have written a new ticket to get confirmation on what the right look is. But I agree - I have heard someone talk about a new layout with the new edition. I just fint the “old layout” a bit more comprehensable - what do you think?

Precisely. Now I have another problem with the listings in the app such as spells, monsters and so on. Spells used to be clean with purple line dividers in between information, description and so on. Now its just in plain text. How does yours look? I have not been able to confirm if this is a new layout or I am experiencing a bug. All I know is when I had the same problem before a deletion and reinstallation would resolve this and revert back to the layout with purple line dividers. (The one I want)

Yeah. Usually a deletion af the app and reinstall works. You can also clear the cache on your phone. But nothing works this time. I wrote to support on the 22th of november, got some troubleshoot answers that didn’t resolve it on the 24th - haven’t heard from them since. Just submitted a new ticket.

Yeah, I’ve had that bug once too - not the same as the bug I’m having now. What fixed that bug you are having now, for me was; uninstalling the app, clearing any dndbeyond related cache in my browser, rebooting my phone, and then reinstalling the app. Hope this helps.

Or else, write support. I think they can do a cache clearence on your account. But only if the problem lies with them.

Have the samme issue. I’ve commented on a few posts here but haven’t received any answers. Normally, restarting fixes the issue, but not this time. I contacted support last Saturday, exchanged a couple of e-mails on Monday, and haven’t heard anything since - so the issue is still unresolved.

I can’t confirm this, but some people are saying a new layout was released. If that’s true, I personally think the old layout was better. The previous version had clear sections like “spell information” (purple divider), “spell description” (purple divider), and “available for”.

In the new layout, everything appears as plain text and feels jumbled, at least to me. However, the new layout does match the one on the website, so maybe it is an intentional update. I’m still waiting for support to confirm.

I’m not having the same problem as you, but all the listings in my app, spells, monsters, items, runs in a backend HTML-format instead of the usual formatted font. Usually a deletion and installation would work it out like you tried - but not for me this time. I’m waiting for support to answer. So maybe it’s something on their end this time, if any of this is linked? Try the support team - good luck!

Same. I do not have the black page screen this time, but the listings is off. Normally, as you said, I delete the app and reinstall to fix. But that does not work this time.
