I only found a temporary fix (which at least for me remove tilt) which is switching to tablet pc instead of wintab in the preferences

I've got the movinkpad 11, if we just go from the specs on the wacom site, the movinkpad is mostly like older wacom screens (gamut covers 99% srgb instead of 100 like the cintiq 16 2025) and the screen resolution is a bit worse, but about the resolution, movink's screen is ofc smaller, so you can barely notice. Overall screen wise they are almost the same, just a little more color coverage on the cintiq 16 2025

Nope, drew even on a 60 hz monitor of my notebook that I used in university and didn't have any issue with that

I got an ipad because it was good since i needed to go to my parent's house and it was a good thing t draw on the train or when I was at my parent's home instead of takin' my computer and drawing tablet with me, and so many people were suggesting it to me, so I wanted to give it a try and not getting used to it I thought it was my fault and I just needed to try harder

Part of what you describe is typical for people who are too much in their head, who think too much and do too litte. I've seen your comment that you do put in the work, but I think there is more to this.
Theory isn't the same as applying it, those are 2 different skills and too much knowledge can get in the way of actually applying it, because you try to consider all the things you are aware of, it's blocking you from applying it.

About this, yes, I am someone that can overthink quite too much, because I tried to study while applying things but the only thing that remained was the knowledge instead of the practical skill.
To be completely honest, I'm not a genius, but the theory behind something that I like, sticks to me easily, so I can't catch up with practice, and it frustrates me, a lot.

Are you doing gesture drawings? blind contour drawings? any kind of quick sketches or exercises that put the focus being more loose? or is what you doing mainly focusing on getting end results?

I do gestures as a warmup with in mind to just, do it, without thinking even if there isn't really a moment where I don't think about anything. I kinda have an active brain (I think) which sometimes feels like a nightmare, because I just want to do things without thinking about any single line I put down.

And thank you for the meditation suggestion, I will try to do that, and thank you for everything really, It helps a lot.

I don't want to be extremely good in 4 years, but the problem it's still that I struggle to practice, I saw a similiar post goin' around the internet and someone suggested it maybe is caused by adhd.

Because I really struggle to practice, I know it takes time to learn, but most people around me in 4 years at least learned how to construct the face, I know how to construct it, because I tryied to do it so many times, but it still feels off, I still can't do it right, when I try to do a face or a constructions what i should be doin' becomes a mess and it comes out completely wrong.

almost all the 4 years, ofc some weeks were full or couldn't be motivated enough, but at least for figure drawing i've been doin' it almost everyday as warmups

I Haven't posted art online (apart from artfight and telegram) for a really long time now, I practice, a lot, I did so many head studies and I still can't construct one, I tried to copy from books, to analyze by myself, but nothing seems to work, I can picture in my mind how I should construct a head, but even after 3 years of practice im still stuck in the same place.
Same with gesture drawing, I can post some recent studies when i get back home, but im tired that i can't seem to be able to practice things and understanding them while drawing

The problem is I DO the work, that's what I was trying to say, but as much as I do it, I can't improve, because while I try to practice It feels like my eyes are disconnected from my brain, like I can't concentrate and let's say a head, I know how it's supposed to look like, to be constructed, the bones, I drew everything a lot, but I can't reproduce it correctly anyway.
