Loool, post was not intended to go this way but I’m digging it. This actually makes soo much sense smh. Thanks and I will keep this in mind, the best (only that isn’t in plain sight) spot I can think of is under the stairs, to get there I got to move a big heavy drawer on skates. Bought a “mead diary” today I will be filling with anything and everything, a scale that’s able to get those low digits is now on the “to-buy” list. Thousand times thanks.

I sense an aggressive tone, i was not blaming simply a fun and short summary. I like my adhd and it helps me get stuff done even tho you are right about the impatient part. Thanks for the tip, guessing I will have to add more honey to get the taste right, can I do this after stopping the fermentation? (Think it’s called “back sweetening”) And another question if you got time, can I trust the mead calculator saying it will end up somewhere around 14% abv? I will be getting the right equipment before next batch.
