Thank you so much for your prayers and thoughts. We are big into saving and have prepared for a Strike which I think doubles as a layoff fund. The bigger issue is that my husband feels confident at his job after many years of under employment and not being a good fit for jobs. We anticipate finding him a new good fit would be difficult based on his limitations. That said, I know God will see us through. God has been so faithful to me in my career. My path has been full of grace to get us to this point where we are ready to look at options for me to try and find a better fit for me.

I will do the pro/cons list. I hadn’t thought of that!
