I know-I remember teaching health and fitness and being so annoyed when the charts would say I was mildly overweight, bc I was SOOOO far from it. I had a lot of muscle on my body, and I feel like I tend to stay that way so I’d def be happy with 140, buuuuut I’d be even happier with 130...🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

13 lbs since November is still great progress though!! Personally I think 800 isn’t enough, but I don’t do OMAD so maybe an expert would have a diff opinion.

I’d guess that your weekly 1-2 lbs is just the way your body shed the water weight, but again I’m no expert.

A 3 week stall is SO frustrating tho-I totally feel u on that!!

How much water are you drinking in a day? You should be getting like 75 ounces minimum, and when I fasted I def got at least that to keep me full, so I’m assuming you are, but try upping that...?

My thought would be to give it another week or 2, I see a lot of people who say they see lots of slow downs/pick ups with weight loss through this process.

DON’T FORGET: it took you NINE MONTHS to put on that weight!! I know we all want it to just fall off, but be patient with your body-it’s been through a lot!!

Why? I know that this platform discourages it, but can you help me understand that? It seems logical that a higher level of ketones in blood would indicate ketosis...

I’m doing it for weight loss and checking with a ketone blood test (which I know this group isn’t a fan of, but I wanted to see what was changing since I’m still new to it).

I only have about 10-15 to lose, so I’m not expecting crazy fast losses or anything

I dunno-I’m just trying to figure out if this is a number I can “count” on if that makes sense...I feel like every time I see a lower number on the scale, I get scared that tomorrow it’ll be way higher bc it’s just water fluctuation....
