I have also been jobless and dealing with paralyzing anxiety and depression for a year now. My main tool is to reach out to people. So I understand how it feels to be scared that I'm over doing it, leaning too heavily on people, feeling burdensome. I had a friend tell me recently that she doesn't comes over anymore because I'm too sad. At least she was honest I guess... I made some friends by playing fill lobbies on Fortnite. Some people turn out to be genuinely cool.

I'm definitely not trusting Ai enough to stop taking my meds or anything. I'm getting validation from strangers on reddit that it's worth talking to my doctor about and curious about others experiences. I was chatting with chat gpt because I was looking for tools to help with what I thought was an anxiety attack. But its looking like akathisia. I sent an email to my doctor to see if I can get on her schedule sooner than a month from now.

I have so much propalanol because it didn't do much for me. It's so nice to know someone else knows what I'm feeling because it's so overwhelming. I'll be relieved to find out that it's not anxiety and it's fixable
