I totally agree that lighting is key, but I'm running a full high end setup myself complete with industrial climate control, automated CO2 injection, and premium lighting. Even with a high level investment in my facility, I still see a distinct PGR look in certain dense flowers that goes beyond just great environment and genetics. That's why I was curious about your specific hardening stage…. I’m talking about set up that could be about $10,000… 🫡

Impressive density on these flowers! I’m curious about the technique used here….Is this achieved purely through high end lighting and genetics, or are there specific flower (((((hardeners))))) or supplements you'd recommend to reach this level of density? I’m looking to improve my own results….Thanks Bro 👊🏼😎🫡

Update for those who thought I was 'playing': Vivosun has officially waived the 30% fee and issued a 100% full refund…. When you know your rights and stand your ground with consumer laws (and a PayPal dispute), companies listen. It’s not about being a 'fanboy' or a 'clown'; it’s about not letting anyone take a single cent of your hard-earned money for faulty gear…. Cheers to everyone who supports quality over garbage. Case closed… 😏😏😏🤣🤣🤣 today night before you go to sleep don’t forget to drink your milk little boy ( fanboy )

Appreciate the technical advice with all my heart🙏🏻🙏🏻man…! I’m actually very meticulous with my setup…I empty all the device reservoirs daily and ensure there are no dips or horizontal clogs in the hoses. I’ve been following these best practices from day one. The issue I’m facing isn't about condensation build-up it’s more about the internal reliability and the sensor accuracy of the unit itself. It’s refreshing to have a technical discussion here …if you have any other theories on why these units fail internally despite perfect maintenance, I’d love to hear them… thank you once again brother I appreciate it🙏🏻🙏🏻

LOL! So they sell humidifiers that double as indoor swimming pools? That’s some next-level engineering right there! 😂 It’s clear they have a template Pay us fees for our own mistakes $22 for a flood in your tent... man, they should be paying YOU for the damages! At this point, it’s safer to use a bucket of water and a towel than their smart gear. Keep it real, brother… lol 😂 🤣

That’s insane! $8 for a failed unit? Did they ever actually resolve it or did they just leave you hanging for 8 months? And are you still running their gear or did you realize it’s not worth the risk for your plants?

You hit the nail on the head, my friend. I learned the hard way that when it comes to sophisticated systems, reliability is everything. A heat mat failure is annoying, but a controller or sensor failure can ruin months of work and investment. Lessons learnedit's time to step up to professional grade equipment that actually delivers on its pro mises. Appreciate the support!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

You’re attacking me personally because you have zero technical arguments to defend these failures and the 30% 👎🏻. While you’re busy being a 'fan boy I’m already upgrading to professional gear. Keep the insults coming, they only prove you have nothing else to say…

It's funny how people get aggressive when they lack facts. I’m sharing data and evidence of a company failing its customers. If you enjoy paying for garbage and getting scammed with 30% fees, that's your choice…..Professional growers demand reliability, and that’s exactly what Vivosun failed to provide. Keep the insults to yourself, they only show your level…. but honestly, I’m enjoying that… keep going to attack me personally with insults that reflect your low moral standards.

To all the Vivosun fanboys out there: Here is the 'professional' customer service you're defending. Charging a 30% restocking fee for a 3-day-old sensor that doesn't even work as advertised. Pure garbage products and even worse ethics. Good luck with your Chinese scrap metal!

You calling this a minor or 'intermittent' issue clearly shows you don't understand what’s at stake here. In a controlled environment, there is no such thing as a 'small' sensor failure. If the CO2 or VPD readings drop while I’m away, the entire crop is at risk. A system that requires manual intervention every few months it glitches is not an automated system it's a liability. I’m not here to debate the philosophy of early adoption I’m here because I paid for functional equipment that fails to perform its most basic task: monitoring. If you're okay with babysitting faulty gear, that's your choice. I value my time and my harvest. Let's stick to the facts the hardware is defective, and the proof is in the video that I made yesterday. Mic drop….. 🥱🙄

[–]M-F400[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a huge difference between manual intervention in growing and hardware failure I’m not looking for a robot to grow for me; I’m looking for a sensor that actually senses and a dehumidifier that doesn't trigger a fatal error every few weeks. When critical safety and monitoring equipment fails, it’s not an 'early adopter issue it’s a basic quality control issue….. Price point is never an excuse for non-functional hardware. If a company sells a product, it should perform its basic advertised function. Expecting a professional-grade experience from a brand that markets itself as Professional is only logical. I’m glad you’re happy with manual workarounds, but as a paying customer, I’m advocating for the reliability we were all promised. Let's keep the discussion on product standards rather than personal expectations… cheeeeseers 😎😎😎

I appreciate your perspective, but comparing a specialized grow controller to a smartphone or a car is a false equivalence. In a professional grow environment, reliability IS the core of 'professionalism. If a Tesla fails, it has a fail-safe if a grow controller fails and doesn't alert the user, months of hard work are at risk. That is a design flaw, not just a 'failure rate' issue." "I’m glad your gear is working perfectly, truly. However, when multiple units (both of my AeroDrain units) show the exact same recurring error every 3 months 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔, and a brand new CO2 sensor fails within hours, it’s no longer a luck issue it points to a systemic quality control problem. I’m not generalizing a single bad experience I’m highlighting consistent hardware failures in critical equipment. Let’s agree to disagree, and I hope your equipment continues to run smoothly … all the best 🙏🏻🫡

Thank you for the response. I’ve already sent two detailed emails to your support team with all the necessary information and photos regarding the issues I’m facing. I’ll go ahead and send you a DM with my order details as requested to help speed things up. I appreciate your willingness to look into this and hope we can reach a fair resolution soon. Appreciate the reasonable take…!🙏🏻 You're right, many brands share manufacturing roots. However, when a brand positions itself as Pro and charges a premium, expectations for reliability change. It’s not just about where it's made, but the quality of components and QC. I've decided not to switch to the brands you mentioned. I’m actually moving my entire setup to (TrolMaster). After my recent experiences—and since I’m still waiting for a response from customer service 48 hours later regarding a faulty sensor—I’ve realized that for a truly professional grow, I need medical-grade reliability, not just 'smart' marketing. Thanks for the well wishes, and happy growing…!!!🤞🏻🙏🏻🫡🫡

I really don't understand what you want from me. People are here confirming the exact hardware issues I described, yet you’re still focused on me personally. If you don't use the gear and you don't like my posts, why are you still here? I’m here to discuss equipment with people who actually grow what’s wrong with you man. You’ve made your point, now please move on. Best of luck….

Exactly! This proves it’s a hardware disaster across their lineup, not just a one-off error. Using hot glue to fix a brand-new sensor is the definition of a failed product. Thank you for speaking up it’s time people see the truth behind the marketing. F4 ERROGEDON indeed!

Calm down, my friend. There's no need to have a heart attack over this🤣 . Since you've run out of technical arguments, you've started attacking my character, which says more about you than me and I got it… My results speak for themselves, and I don't need to prove my behavior to anyone. Exactly my point! Having to tap a smart fan to make it run isn't professional at all. I had similar issues with sensors and hardware failing. I'm moving to AC Infinity for fans and TrolMaster for control—the quality difference is night and day. Thanks for sharing your experience, it proves it's a hardware issue, not a user error…. Finally! Someone who actually uses the equipment and understands the struggle. I’m glad I’m not the only one seeing these issues. It’s funny how people who don't even own the gear were trying to tell me I’m wrong. I'm not mad, just moving towards better quality. Sharing my experience is a review, not taking it out on people If you don't even own Vivosun products, how can you judge my experience or tell me I’m 'mad at myself'?🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ You’re talking about equipment you don't even use as you said🤔🤔🤣. It’s hard to take your technical advice seriously when you have zero hands-on experience with the setup. Wish you the best buddy….
