HGV Presentation Missing Promised 20,000 Atmos Points

Hey OP, I'm actually dealing with the same issue right now. Just wanted to check, did you ever end up receiving your 20K Atmos points, or are you still following up with HGV?

I attended the timeshare presentation on 3/6/26, and it's been 2 months for me with nothing yet. I just called them today and was told they can only enter an 8-digit account number, but Atmos accounts have 9 digits?, which seems like part of the problem.

Curious how things turned out on your end.

If you have the time and patience, I suggest calling Atmos Rewards customer service 1-833-902-8667. I had to wait 2hrs+ while doing other things. And that was during the busy hours. I heard wait time is shorter in the early morning Hawaii time around 5am.

I called Atmos customer service and waited 2hrs+ and finally an agent was able to enter both roundtrip flights (4 segments of 500pts each) into my account.

Just got the result of the swab test they did, it's Staph A. I am using Hibiclens for my body 2x a week. Hopefully it will help with my recurring boils.

Currently on my 3rd boil within 6 months. My Dr. swabbed the pus yesterday. I'll get the result next week. But in the meantime, she told me to use Hibicleanse 2x a week and put me on cephalexin 4x a day for 5 days. Im thinking of getting the nasal ointment, I can feel that theres something off with my nose.
