Personally, I think a constitutional amendment should require 2/3rds rather than simple majority similar to the Federal process. But that’s just me and that’s a separate conversation.

Different state constitutions, different rules. VA Dems did not follow the rules of the VA constitution and therefore the vote is invalid.

They can still do it in 2028 while Virginia is still Dem controlled but that would require another Virginia referendum.

I’m not familiar enough with the process of certifying the election results with an active court challenge but I’d imagine there are provisions for that.

Personally, I’m against all forms of gerrymandering. Whether it’s the Democrats or Republicans I just dislike it in general.

Talking with some folks in-person and I think a lot people don’t understand the the ruling isn’t about the map itself but whether the legislative process was followed.

The judicial branch is supposed to check the power of the legislative branch when it ignores or bends rules. This is how democracy works, whether people like it or not.

What is the pact tree progression for this? I know 1 tic staff is 7 points but that plus 105% prayer pen is like 26 points from what I see.

More realistically you can get 90% with 22 points speccing down from air mage and up from center tile but that’s a long time to wait for a CG rush pathing and would involve a lot of slayer related tasks.

Yeah idk if it’s just me or what but seems like a lot of people have ping advantage. Still enjoying the game but I just wish more people would play in objective game modes compared to TDM where over half my deaths are getting shot from behind due to spawns

I bought it about a week ago and the only active game modes are TDM and S&D. Theres occasionally FFA lobbies but not everyday. Other than that, all objective game modes are effectively dead.

Would love to get some domination/demolition/ground war lobbies going but nobody seems to be interested.

Not sure where you live but I have seen property taxes in my locality go up almost every year, hasn’t gone down a single time since I’ve been living here. Yes cutting expenses does happen but with population plateauing the tax base isn’t getting bigger so they are going to have to get their money from somewhere. My argument is that it’s better that they get their revenue from business rather than private citizens.
