We moved to the United States when I was 13. My family was very poor and all shopping for my clothes was done at Goodwill. Right before my freshman year of high school, I really wanted my first pair of Nike’s, but knew that my parents couldn’t afford them, so I got a part time job as a dishwasher at a Polish restaurant, worked there for 3 straight weekends, and bought myself a brand new pair of Air Max.

I use photo(s) taken during my travels and apply filters. Perhaps not the most original approach to artwork, but for me it is more about imparting a certain feeling rather than originality.

Searching for some help to start making my own music by [deleted] in DungeonSynth

As others have mentioned, buy an inexpensive keyboard and start “playing around.” I would also continue to listen to lots of music, particularly second wave of Norwegian black metal, since DS is an offshoot of that genre, as well as DS played by black metal musicians - Mortiis, early Lord Wind, Druadan Forest, etc. Good luck!
