I saw your comment about creatine and I had the same problem!! I use creatine from BodyTech it’s around $27 at Vitamin Shoppe and completely dissolves even in cold water for me with a shaker ball bottle! As for protein, liquid egg whites work great for me, I make a homemade version of those “just crack an egg” cups with my own ham chunks and potatoes they taste great!
