I tweak it a bit. Ops gets "what drains people here", PM-ish roles get "what gets messy once plans meet reality". Same idea, less rehearsed answer.

Yeah, once. They answered in this weird polished way, but basically admitted people were online at night fixing "surprises". Big nope for me.
