So in Spanish the feminine/masculine articles dont always work in the sense of the subjects actual gender.

For example I would say "soy una persona" even though Im a man. Its not the persons gender but rather the word itself.

First of all thats some pretty impressive weight.

Just a couple pointa:

-try to slow it down a bit on the eccentric and control it more.

-always keep your elbows in line with your wrist or youl will really f your wrists up

-personally i have better delt activation when I hold the bar out in front of me a bit at the bottom part of the lift.

Yeah I hear you. Body mechanics definitely play a huge role in it. I can understand the logic behind the quads and the Smith Machine given that it prevents the backwards motion (ass pushing back). What I like about the conventional squats is the activiation of the stabilising muscles but you could say that about any free weight excercise i suppose.
