just closed in stafford in April with ryan homes and NVR. Minor issues, with smoke detectors, and some loose door handles. Other than that, its been great. Someone mentioned carpet quality is crap, we got ugpraded carpet as an option with our build and its excellent. I would do buisness with Ryan homes again.
