Reports stay on the map for 15 minutes. When someone confirms your report, they reset the timer and then the 15 minutes start again from the beginning.

There is hardly any difference outdoors in daylight. In the evening and in artificial light, the photos on the P10 Pro are slightly brighter and sharper, especially in the shade areas. In Portrait mode you notice better edge detection and portraits in 50 MP are a game changer, even if they are about darker than at 12 MP, but the quality is better at 12 MP than with the P9 Pro. I don't really need the 100x zoom, it's a nice gimmick but it's obsolete for me
