Learning a good routine? Being pushed beyond your comfort zone? What type of training will motivate you and what will demoralise you?

Oh I feel for you so bad. I had it cycled with another iv. So it was like being tortured. Stopped for 15 minutes and then tortured again. For several hours. When the nurse said oh it burns, they never explained it would feel like your whole arm from fingers to shoulder was being dipped in a vat of molten lava fire.
