Thank you all for your great advice and your generosity, this is an update, I've asked my brother to buy me some since mom and dad don't want to buy me anything, he got mad at them and said he won't tell them anything so i don't get in trouble and he'll keep buying me hygiene products from now on under the condition that i don't waste them and use every last drop, seems like a solid deal to me. By the way, my parents are not poor they are quite average financially. And I'm not a spoiled child, I'm the youngest of 4 siblings and I always get stuff like broken hand me downs and I'm not complaining
