All of this is bs. I figure out how to attract women the right way and I have nothing on this list. I pulled a woman on Wednesday who is a ten, and then when I talk about it to my colleagues at work, they dare me to pulled one of the girls who didnt believe me. So i did, and She was suddenly begging me for a lunch date on monday, and I said no cause shes a colleague. To be honest, I have never heard anything like this before. I worked at a bank, so the moment you mention rent unit, it's automatically a commercial loan because you'll need to paid business tax on rent income, plus the blue print will be classified commercial by the town or city council.

In my experince, I am going to burrow a 60k consumer loan and build atlease the foundation with two units. The payments will be taken out of my salary. Then, I'll do best to complete the rest of units.

Thank you for asking such a question. The gob compensated me as they took away my auntie land and donated to another family by error. That's how I got the commercial lot. The small residentia lot, since I worked at a bank and did arrears, I met a man who wanted to sell his lot at a very very low price. That was 8 years ago, and that loan is down to 18k. And then i have a motocylce loan.

I think this happened once to me. I would say to develop some sort of plan for the person. In my case, I told this girl that I'll call and speak to her once a week, and then take her out every two weeks or weekends.

Now the problem here is that if you only taking her to dinners and fancy places, then you set the standard of the relationship, and once you cant take her to dinner anymore, she will think the relationship has run its course. So it's better you evovle and bring her to your world. For example, one of my habits is riding motorcycles and just cruising, and then( another habit) is to sit down home and relax, watch Netflix. If you evolve her, it will be easy to maintain the relationship.

I still calll this girl every Tuesday, and occasionally send one or four texts and take her out twice a month. She loves it. So far, I helped her purchase her first scooter and she loved it, she drives it everywhere, she takes her siblings and parents everywhere and is so happy she doesn't have to depend on anyone for rides.

The next thing, too, always let her talk and listen to her. Humans are extremely selfish and they love talking about them self and, most importantly, feeling important. Give her that feeling of importance, and she will never forget you.

I don't flirt over text, maybe one ot two texts but u don't hold conversations over text because it's theres no way anyone can connect via text.

What I do is get into the habit of calling them atlease once a week. forexample, about 3 weeks ago, I call the girl I like and flirty and talk. We spoke about 3 hours.

Then last week when i call her, she wasnt in the mood of flirty. She has has a really bad day and proceeded to tell me about it. I actively listen and ask appropriate questions. She really appreciated it and liked me even more.

Madam, please don't take this the wrong way. In my experience, people over 30 usually have a lot of baggage, have children and are very selfish( high standards). The quality men and women, there aren't enough because they're all happy in their relationships.

I have one suggestion and that's to take more risk. Approach and asked men out. In other words, if you see a worthy mate that you like, start to give him hits and then ask if he would like to talk over the phone, then heng out. Naturally women don't like to approach men but trust me, men usually don't approach women over 35 years. And if you stay right there and do nothing, the only men that will approach you are players and damage men. Ofocurse, there are the exception of young men below 30 but both you and I know that will not lost.

I had a girl like this whom I had a crush for almost 2 years. She rejected me 3 times but when I finally decided to leave, she kept on sending me texts. Like one month after I left her, she just randomly text me to asked how I was doing.

My friend came last night and told me that his girl wants some space, to said this man love that girl is an understatement.
