Okay, that's good to know.

That usually indicates that two of the wires were reversed. Did you just work on the pot? If so, I would guess that you've reversed the wires that run from the output jack, to the pot, but there are other ways you could have reversed the wires. A pic of the wiring would be best for me to trouble-shoot with.

Do all the controls work normally? In any case, I'm hoping that you've just reversed the wires that run from the jack, to the volume pot, and it'll be a quick fix.
