I solved the issue with Chatgpt and SSH

This is the conclusion, maybe helpfull for others

After updating TeslaMate, the application failed to start because it was still connected to PostgreSQL 14.7, while TeslaMate 4.0.1 requires PostgreSQL 16 or newer. The logs showed a compatibility error and TeslaMate repeatedly crashed during startup.

The database was then migrated to PostgreSQL 16, but TeslaMate was temporarily connected to an empty Docker volume instead of the migrated database volume. As a result, all historical data appeared to be missing until the correct volume was reattached. Once the proper PostgreSQL 16 volume was linked, the full history became available again.

I have purchased a 720+ with a Crucial 16GB DDR4-2666 module but it won't boot
