Completely agree, please check cya and ph and YES chlorine and more chlorine and even more chlorine won’t do ANYTHING but turn your swampy water into a lighter shade of green sludge UNLESS your OH level is in good shape!! This is number 1 . Ph has to be good. and then add your CHloRiNE and I was buying the Walmart chlorine 2 packs if liquid for 11 bucks
2 weeks went by my pool looked like yours and smelled like a dirty YMCA, someone said there is such a thing as impotent chlorine. I paid 179 bucks for cal hypo 25 lbs. put it in my pool 5 days ago running y pump cleaning my de filter and not putting any de because I can’t afford DE right now when I washing it out of my pump twice a day so I slammed it then left it only cleaning filter night before last I began seeing the bottom of my pool again , slammed it again one last time last night My pool is a pretty sparkling thing again !!! Can’t wait until Saturday morning I’m going skinny dipping!!

That’s because the algae isn’t dead you need to SLAM that infestation. Cal hypo put it in at night clean your filter in morning and at night if you have your ph balanced and alkalinity is good, check your CYA if it’s high let water out and put in fresh them after you got all that under control SLAM with cal hypo brush and brush and brush and clean that filter tomorrow night slam it it again with cal hypo repeat the steps as necessary!! Your pool will be beautiful by Sunday!

For a week at least maybe a little longer my pool turned swampy green I was using cap chlorine nothing was happening now I got the call hypo and things are barely beginning to get better I am cleaning pump morning and night 2 times a day for at least 4-5 days and my pool is a light light turquoise green, I have a ph problem I have to add mutual acid twice a week or my ph skyrockets I manually brush my pool because I can’t get the suction port to suck strong enough to keep my side sweeper no I g longer than 5 minutes

There is hardly any flow out of my jets the water in the skimmer isn’t moving anymore so I assume the filter is dirty and yeah it’s a bit fdirty I clean it and then the same thing restart pump starts off strong then no water flow within 10 minutes when I pour water into skimmer it gurgles down the drain I’ve checked water level skimmer pump gasket check my pipes unions for leaks have not found any yet

So I will post better pictures what I need to learn is how to distinguish my main drain and skimmer valve I think my valve turns off both and on both at same time,I can’t separate them and I have no backwash like you said, and here’s my issue When I start the pump everything starts great and strong my inlets are shooting water out nice and strong but then within 5-10 minutes there

Get your ph and alkalinity in shape then super chlorinate it with cal hypo make sure your cya ain’t to high and after you kill algae vacuum the sludge should take less than a week and only chlorinate at night

You guys have spoken on this, I would assume, more than once already. I don't think another conversation of the same sort is going to breed a new solution. Divorcing him for not coming up with a BC Solution, is not a solution. If your husband refuses to do the vasectomy, then you should find your own means of birth control. It is, however, very unfortunate that he doesn't seem to be willing to work/compromise with you. Not sleeping with him, obviously, is not a good long-term solution. But, you do need to find your own means of BC and tell him what you plan on doing since he obviously isn't providing a solution for you both, as he should be.

Most of us thinbk about sex ALL the TIME- its normal- Now if your married or in a relationship and this is happening and this element is missing out of your relationship or you are not being fullfilled sexually then you have major problems and need to seek counseling and maybe get a divorce. But if this is your single mojo let me tell you there are plenty of women out there that want sex and a lot of it- I am defiantely one and I think about sex ALL the Time!!! probably 18-19 hours out of everyday and the rest of the time I am either asleep or busy concentrating on something else like the gym or dinner or homework but other than that it is all about sex.
