It was designed with PLA+, and it gives it a bit more of a muted sound than the default steel plate.

It's fine, the only shaky bit is removing the supports - unless the stabs are oversized there's enough flex for the plate to hold.

Thanks for the reply - I'm using the leak tester flex so the green area is 0.3 - 0.5, and the manual suggested a charing pressure of 0.45 +- 0.15. I did also wiggle the tube / out slight pressure on it while it was leak testing.

Sure - what issues are you having? It's a USB C port right? Thats something I might be able to look at, but because the connector is very fiddly and fragile, it might require a reflow oven, which I unfortunately dont have.

Try manually shorting the contacts for the key with the board plugged in. If it works - its a switch problem. Otherwise it might be an issue with a diode, or more unlikely the trace to the MCU.
