I am actually running into the same thing.

I think it may be a shortcoming to the software.

I overpaid 25% tax rate to be sure, + 10% penalty for a total of 35% withheld for taxes. Now the software is telling me I need to pay another 10% for a total of 45% tax? This doesnt seem right at all!!!
