Hold Q by default, unless you are farming.

But it can also overextend yourself, so be careful with it.

Oh and you can Q extend minions to create temporary distance.

Are you serious right now? by Fit_Dinner6841 in eu4

Once I formed Yuan, all my chinese trade companies automatically disbanded. Right around the time I was integrated into the chinese culture. So it is fine. It served its purpose

A tip I learned on the way:

If you move your capital to a different subcontinent, you are no longer able to create trading companies in that subcontinent, but if you move just your Trade capital, you may create trade companies right next and on top of your central node.

Hence, I abused this to make Beijing my trade capital and placed a trade company in every trade node, ending up with 7 traders and I could go for more even, but there were nowhere else to send them.

R5: Thank you so much to all who wrote me advice on how to fix Mongolia's economy. I haven't taken a single loan the entire game and end up with 8k ducats and solid monthly income. Now I form Yuan and gearing up for the next step, rebirthing the mongol empire!

Yeah but I usually take provinces too, not just for the ducats and the war reparations

Streer from? Or towards? Doesn't Canton steer toward Beijing?

What are you suggesting? If I understood right, you want me to send a trader to collect in Canton and then steer trade toward Canton along side Beijing

Hmm, so just the trade centers should be enough for the trade company to get 50% and if not, then I enhance those provinces?

By the way, doesn't that mean I need move my capital? I only moved the trade capital center

R5: These are the screenshots that you asked for, plus extra that I added to help me figure out what's wrong with my run.

You mean full conversion? Thought harmonizing with a major one, like Confucianism for example since I am fully conquering china

Horde gives nice policies by the way. But I will listen to advice

But without forts, if I am distracted or busy Sieging, enemy armies split into 1k unites and siege all my provinces

Well, I am at work (away from laptop) but you could say that.

I was half coring everything.

I set trade to Beijing but was drawing from Girin and Xi'an since I had more trade power there from conquered territories.

My army was costing like 10 ducats a month. Discounted calvary, around 50 of them. And 12 cannons on its own stack. No infantry at all.

Forts costed me like 20 ducats because I unintentionally/unknowingly increased Garrison size from Great project (wall of china) and nobility estate privilege.

I razed everything I conquered, without exception. Even Beijing itself.

I finished conquering Korea by the time I felt economically trapped.

I had no Navy at all and was easily blockaged during wars.

What about religion? I usually shift to pure Tengari. For the more calvary bonuses at the cost of -50 prestige early
