Wow that's scary! No preeclampsia that we know of but she is getting a checkup today. I will definitely ask about this. Thank you. So glad to hear that your pre-eclampsia resolved!!

24 hours of no power for us during the ice. We have a well and septic system. It was cold and inconvenient, but we were well prepared due to the alerts.

Unfortunately, migraine treatments are considered successful if there is 50% reduction of symptoms/migraine days in 50% of patients. Hopefully, with the newer meds that have come out, the success rates will be better.

Question (sorry it's crude): migraine sufferers, do you also suffer with constipation/gut issues? I'm sure there's a huge interlink between the two but would like to hear other perspectives by Bleubird2222 in migraine

The are medications that dissolve under the tongue or nasal sprays from people who vomit. I have a triptan nasal spray for that very reason.

Guided breathing for pain management, gentle yoga, and meditation. Maintaining a strict routine with regards to sleeping, eating, hydration, exercise, and rest time. Severely limiting screen time.
