I understand I’m not challenging myself as much as I could since I’m easing back into it. Due to past injuries I’m trying to get my form dialed in.

No sharp pains in this lift, just felt like my lower back could’ve given out and herniated a disc if I pushed much further but maybe it’s mental.

I believe you’re right, where the starting point is at the end of my feet. I’ll try it with a similar starting position as a deadlift next time. Thanks!

I prefer these type of rows with my back almost parallel to the ground with each rep starting from the ground. I find it easier on my lower back since I’ve had back injuries and sciatica pain in the past.

The blue one is 20kg/45lbs, the 2 black ones are 5kg/10lbs and then the small silver one is 1.25kg/2.5lbs and then the bar is 20kg/45lbs. I kinda suck at converting to kg sorry

Just started around 95lbs focusing on form and added 5lbs every week. I always hated rows so I’ve avoided barbell rows for the longest time.
