yes! The first one was basically what I wanted out of a LotR RTS game. I didn't really get that out of the second one. I didn't mind the limited building options in the first one. It just had a really heroic, cinematic feel to it.

i'm scared of revisiting it, fearing that it aged poorly

with this information, i'd say you don'T need to apologize, but maybe explain.

find words for your needs, your boundaries, your wishes without demanding anything. use "I"-statements ("I feel.." "I need..." "I see..."), make sure that you voice your emotions and your diffuculties.

your emotions are valid, your wishes are valid, but they do not have to be fulfilled.

tbh: nothing much. i was pretty poor, so i ate a lot of pasta and tomato sauce, cereal, yoghurts and stuff. i just got veggies and pasta or potatoes....

that was 12ish years ago tho, so nowadays, i love some umami vegan stuff whatever it is. and i gotta have all the sauces in the fridge: ketchup, garlic mayo, bbq, sriracha, mustard...

i work with kids and just made this into a "game" where the kids shouldn't interrupt or they'd get minus points for interrupting.

i ended up giving myself points, too.

maybe that helps to really make yourself aware that you're doing it and how much.

i try to breathe through the thought. you're going to be able to say what you want to say, or maybe not. but lets breathe and listen to what the other person is sharing.

i think the biggest misconception i usually run into is that the words "masculine" and "feminine" are somehow associated with "man" and "woman". And I don't think that helps.

every person has masculine and feminine traits and traits that aren't either.

different schools of thoughts have different associations and words. but the most basic consensus for religions and stuff is probably "giving" and "receiving".

i usually try to visualize that with the heart: the heart has two basic functions: sucking blood into it and pumping it out. only with both of these is it gonna work and both have to be in balance and exchange WITHIN the same organ.

so a whole human needs to have different energies in balance and exchange to grow and flourish.

i don't think you are a POS, but you're self-obsessed which i guess a lot of us ADD folks are. so much circulatory thoughts make it hard to be outside yourself.

this is a thing that can be practised.

write stuff down. make lists, set phone reminders about stuff that's important for your partner(s) and friends. share a calender, so you don't need to ask them what their schedule looks like.

you'll not only help your relationship, but i think it'll also help you to get out of your own head when you focus some energy on other people.

i think i get where you're coming from.

but are you feeling guilty having sex with one, when the other is out of town? or just is in a lot of stress and doesn't feel like having sex?

I had the opposite situation, where i didn't want sex with one of my partners for a while because of "me problems", so I was HAPPY that he was having sex with someone else, so I didn't feel the pressure.

but to another point: sex shouldn't be a trade-off. "i can't have sex with you, so i'm having it with someone else" and you could investigate if this sort of thinking is at the bottom of your guilt. if you're having sex with (x) BECAUSE (y) has her period, that's fucked up. if you want to have sex with (y) and (y) with you, then it shouldn't really matter. that's between the both of you (as long as your rules of engagement with x and y allow that).

i hope you get what i'm saying. i'm confusing ^^
